To ensure the best fit for your pet, we recommend measuring your pet according to the sizing guidelines provided on each product page. This will help you select the appropriate size for items such as traction ropes and cooling mats, ensuring maximum comfort and effectiveness.

What is your return policy?

KL15 has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For more details, please refer to our return policy section.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Do you offer exchanges for products?

KL15 does not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
